knot and making it official. Pooja Sharma, the beautiful actress who created a
niche for herself in the TV industry through her show Ruk Jaana Nahin, was one
such celeb who jumped the bandwagon. She and her husband, director Pushkar Pandit,
met on the sets of Tu Mera Hero.
Reports of their marriage leaked out when news
spread about her roka ceremony. The roka was like a validation of their
relationship and their announcement of taking the next step, it happened months
before the official confirmation. Their engagement was on the 16th
of February and was a small intimate affair attended by close friends and
family. It took place at Pooja’s residence. They confirmed the engagement the
next day.
Those who were shocked at this news were even
surprised to know that the wedding is on the 22nd of February! The
family decided that the auspicious muhurat of 22nd suited them fine.
It was a typical Hindu wedding with the bride and groom dressed in the traditional
ethnic attire of red and golden.
