David Dhawan receives IIFTC Tourism Impact Award 2018

India International Film Tourism Conclave turned out to be a huge hit. Asia's largest locations show was organized in the heart of Bollywood. The IIFTC Tourism Impact award was a significant activity held during 3-day business event which took place from March 1-3.


The event was dedicated to top 5 regional film industries of Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada and Bengali fraternity. Bengali film Amazon Obhijaan has been awarded for exemplary work in convergence of the film and tourism industry.


Bollywood editor-turned director David Dhawan won the Outstanding Contribution to Indian Cinema award.

The guest list over comprised of 100 leading Indian filmmakers and studio representatives, film commissions and tourism offices from over 25 countries. Tamil director K.V. Anand, and Telugu producer Allu Aravind were also spotted.
