On 29th May, the sumuhurtham of 10:36 p.m., Tollywood’s Superstar Krishna’s daughter Padmini Priyadarshini tied the wedding knot with Actor and former badminton player, Naga Sudheer Babu.
Sudheer Babu debut Hindi film industry with a negative role in Baaghi continues to be the actor in Tollywood industry. However, the actor made his first appearance in Tollywood with Ye Maya Chesave in 2010.
Priyadarshini is also the sister of Mahesh Babu and Naresh, who are also quite well-established superstars of Tollywood. Sudheer Babu’s marriage with Priyadarshini Ghattamaneni is dream come true for him, firstly, for getting love of his life as a partner and secondly having family tie with an actor (Mahesh Babu) whom he was a huge fan of.

Being from the family of Superstars the wedding of Sudheer Babu and Priyadarshini was held in Cyber Gardens in Hyderabad. The event was a complete showdown of the politicians and definitely the Tollywood’s shining stars.
The wedding ceremony of the two beautiful people was graced by many famous people like the former Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh Late. Y.S.R Reddy, Akkineni Nagarjuna, Ramoji Rao, D.Srinivas, Late Dasari, Jeevitha, Jayasudha and many many actors, actresses, directors, producers, politicians.
Superstar Krishna has been in this film industry since a long time now and he has worked almost with every single category of actors and actresses. That’s why the entire ceremony was just simply
star-studded. The couple was looking absolutely amazing in their traditional attire and was simply mesmerizing for the audiences.
Sudheer for his wedding wore an off-white sherwani with a traditional turban and along with that; he teamed it up with red carnation garland. Priyadarshini Ghattamaneni wore traditional Kanjeevaram silk white saree with red and gold border. She matched it up with the contrast red blouse. The blouse had an elaborate gold border that covered her entire arm.
Priyadarshini wedding look was completed with stone studded traditional gold jewelry, she wore vanki on her arms. And her Mehendi was up till the starting edge of the blouse hands. She teamed her jewelry in the neck with beautiful jhumkas and maang tikka. She also added ‘surya-chandrulu’ to her hair on either side of maang tikka. She also added vaddanam to her waist as a waist belt to complete her entire look.
Both, bride and the groom wore two types of garlands. One was carnations and one was of orchids. They both also wore Baasikam, which is a traditional symbol for wedding only for bride
and groom.
The wedding was a definite bliss for many film stars of Tollywood as it is one of the ways how all the stars came to meet a veteran star as well. Krishna and Vijaya Nirmala both were present in the wedding ceremony. Priyadarshini is the daughter of Krishna’s first wife Indra Devi Gaaru. Along with her, she has four other siblings too; Ramesh Babu, Manjula, Mahesh Babu and Padmavathi.
Now, Sudheer Babu and Priyadarshini are blessed with two sons. We wish them a happy married life and a blessed future ahead in coming years.
