The summers were approaching in the year 2014 but these families were planning a chilling destination wedding at one of most exotic hill station of India, Ooty. The famous Telugu director Dil Raju was all set for a grand wedding of her only daughter Hanshita with Archit Reddy, the son of a well-known realtor from Hyderabad. This wedding came as a surprise to Tollywood. No one actually knew that Dil Raju had a daughter who is a perfect bride of the year.
Hanshita Wedding in Ooty
The duo got engaged a year before in December and the hot couple planned to get hitched up in summers on a hill station. The wedding was planned pompously with great enthusiasm and almost 300 people reached the place for the preparations. Mr. Dil Raju did not want to leave any stone unturned for his beloved daughter’s wedding. He had booked a special flight himself for 500 people from Hyderabad to Ooty to facilitate the guests’ attendance at the venue.
For this wedding the director has taken a break from his schedule and when asked it was revealed that he was planning his daughter’s wedding.
Talking about the wedding trousseau of the groom and the bride, Hansita don golden saree, and beautiful embroidered magenta elbow length blouse. Groom Archit complimented her in an off-white self-printed sherwani.
On April 30 a high profile Sangeet party was thrown which lasted for two days. On the final day all the ceremonies happened in a traditional way, the decoration was top notch and even the flowers for the stage decor were imported.
Renowned art director S. Ravinder who has given some of the best decors in prestigious movies like Magadheera, Attharintiki Daaredi etc designed the wedding venue. The venue has a simulation of Lord Venkateshwara Idol present.
Ooty welcomed guests from around the world for this most beautiful and glamorous wedding. This event was kept away from media intentionally and not much information was disseminated through newspapers or other media.
Hanshita’s Wedding Reception in Hyderabad
As it was a destination wedding not all of the friends and colleagues could make it to the venue and so Dil Raju threw a Grande reception for her daughter’s marriage at Grand Fort, Hyderabad. Whether it is a movie or his daughter’s wedding, Dil Raju wanted just the best and he is always lucky to get his best.
After a lavish wedding, a spectacular reception was awaiting the guests in Hyderabad. It was no less than a starry affair. The Industry folks left their work aside and took out time to bless the newlyweds. From Kajal Aggarwal, Ram Charan and Upasna, to Gopichand, Ravi Teja, Vishnu Manchu, the who's who of Tollywood attended this reception.
Hanshita looked stunning in a ball gown and diamond necklace with long earrings. On the other hand, Archit Reddy perfectly complimented his bride by wearing a dapper suit.
The coupled looked great together. Guests had a great time catching up with each other and enjoying a sumptuous spread.
