Shilpa Bala, Asianet Anchor tied the knot with Dr. Vishnu Gopalan
in August 2016. The wedding was a gala celebration with the galaxy of
celebrities from the Malayalam television and film industry.
Her complete education was done in Dubai and she lived with her
family. Thus she started her career in Dubai itself as an anchor for Comedy
shows in Asianet Dubai. She has also been in two Mollywood movies and several
albums as well.
Despite being all talent and beauty she couldn’t engage herself in
her acting career. She has shown her talent in The Chef, Comedy Express, and
for Mazhavil Manorama shows televised on Asianet. But her major recognition
came from the anchoring field. She has catered fame, luck and many fans for her
beautiful smile.

Shilpa Bala being a very famous face in Kerala had every swarming wishes
next to her on her big day and also on her engagement as well. The engagement
ceremony of Shilpa Bala and Vishnu Gopalan was held at Al Saj Convention Centre
in Trivandrum.
Engagement:
Engagement of the couple took place in Thiruvananthapuram and they
definitely looked fabulous in the pictures taken.
Shilpa wore a long traditional gown of gold and red combination.
With the bottom part having two different layers and the entire golden fabric
on the gown was completely embroidered and she also had the top layer covered
with embellished work.
Her dupatta was worked on and embellished too. Her look was finished with a half updo hair with a maang tikka in the middle.

She accessorized her look with a gold choker and matching
earrings. Her statement choker was breathtaking with an embossed work on
it and a small meenakari work in the middle. The earrings were also the best
piece of jewelry a bride to be can have. The major highlight for the engagement
was the photo shoot of the beautiful bride to be and the groom.
Haldi and Mehendi Function:
Her haldi function was just a full party time for all her girl
gang. For the Haldi ceremony, she dolled up floral jewelry and wore a simple
orange dress. It was a complete gala time with dance music and all the fun
required in the place.
Wedding:
Her wedding was completely star studded. The entire Mollywood
industry of television and cinema came down to see the wonderful couple getting
together in the divine matrimony. Our favorite part of the wedding was Shilpa’s
saree. She wore a red-orange beautiful silk saree with a contrast elbow length green
blouse with grand work on the arms of the blouse.
She wore a very long step temple Haram with a statement choker
necklace, vaddanam, bangles, earrings and maang tikka; all set in gold. That
much of gold but nothing seemed off about it.
She adorned her hair with jasmine flowers along a long plait.

As was the couple looking terrific together they were definitely
looking happy as well. We wish them a great joy and happiness in the further
