Studio Green honcho SR Prabhu embarked on a new and blessed milestone in his life by deciding to tie the knot with his long term companion Deepthi. The star-studded wedding took place in Erode on June 4th, 2015 and was one of the most talked about events in the history of South Indian film fraternity.
The wedding ceremony took place as per complete Hindu rituals and the grandeur of the wedding was worth a watch.
The beautiful bride of the day, Deepthi, looked spectacular adorned in a beautiful golden and red kanjeevaram nine-yard saree. The choice of heavy gold ornaments, including the gold choker necklaces and maang tikka totally stood out and took the beauty of Deepthi to an all-together new level.

The groom, SR Prabhu, was equally stunning wearing a bright white silk veshti and shirt. He was an epitome of true South Indian groom. Together, the couple looked absolutely ethereal and we just could not take our eyes off the two.

The couple’s reception ceremony was equally breathtaking where they decided to celebrate the massive milestone in their lives with their extended family from the film fraternity. The reception was held in Le Meridian, Chennai.
Deepthi looked vibrant and gorgeous in a bright red Anarkali suit with golden embroidery. The beautiful gold threadwork embellishment on her neckline totally stood out and complimented her choice of gold necklace and long jhumkas. Her reception attire was accentuated by heavily embellished long sleeves and her makeup too was absolutely spot on. Her producer husband SR Prabhu looked at par with his gorgeous new bride in a maroon and golden bandhgala suit. His choice of outfit accentuated his long height and was able to bring the best out of him on his big day.
