Celebrity weddings are events of much joy and
happiness but what makes it more popular is the drama attached to it. One such
wedding was that of folk singer from Telangana, Madhu Priya who got married to
her beau Srikanth in Sirpur Kagaznagar, district Adilabad. It took place among
high media attention and disagreement.
The singer’s parents were completely against the
whole wedding and also tried to kidnap her from in-law’s place. She went
against her parent’s wishes and got married in an intimate wedding ceremony
with the police intervention.
The wedding was arranged at Vasavi Gardens at 11:30
A.M by Srikanth’s parents. Earlier
they got the marriage registered in presence of close friends who backed the
couple.
For the wedding, the bride was seen wearing a red
traditional kanjeevaram saree and traditional gold jewelry. The groom was seen
in traditional white and red sherwani.
The wedding decor was simple and the wedding was
well organized even though there was so much controversy involved. Her whole
wedding was the foremost issue for all the media. Amidst all this she had a
wonderful wedding and finally settled down with her beau.
