Young and most happening director Atlee Kumar, who shot to fame with the film Raja Rani and Theri married Krishna Priya on 9th November. Priya and Atlee dated each other for more than eight years before the couples got engaged on 7th September.

The wedding took place in Chennai. The marriage happened in a grand manner as per the Tamil Hindu customs with the blessing of the parents and friends of the couple. The bride was seen wearing a gold silk kanjeevaram saree while Atlee went the traditional route in a white silk dhoti and shirt.
This memorable event was attended by the biggies of the industry including producers AM Rathnam, Kalaipuli S Dhanu, director Shankar and his wife, actors Sivakarthikeyan, Nassar, Music director Harris Jayaraj, GV Prakash and wife Saindhavi, cinematographer George C Williams, Editor Ruben among others.
