Singer-turned-politician Babul Supriyo found his love 40,000ft way above sea level. Yes! He met his love; Delhi based Rachna Sharma in a Jet Airways flight in which she was an air hostess. The two struck up a conversation and from then on their relationship budded.
Supriyo is a Union minister in Modi cabinet. Sometimes life gives you comfort and solace in second chances. Similarly, this is the second marriage for Babul. He was earlier married to Rhea.

Babul and Rachna got engaged earlier in a private low key affair with close family and friends. But unlike the engagement, their wedding was a star-studded lavish affair which saw the presence of who's who of the political and film fraternity.
The wedding took place as per Hindu traditions in New Delhi on 9 August 2016.
The duo had a humongous wedding ceremony at The Ashok in the presence Narendra Modi and leading politicians.
Shashi Tharoor, Rajnath Singh, Digvijay Singh, LK Advani, Jyotiraditya Scindia, and music composer Anu Malik were present at the wedding ceremony.
For the reception, the bride was seen wearing red heavily embroidered lehenga with traditional polki jewelry.
The groom opted for a formal coffee sherwani and looked dapper in it. The couple looked so much in love.
