Female Collector, Amrapali Kata (Warangal Urban Collector) married an IPS officer Sameer Sharma on 18 February. The couple took the wedding vow amidst close family members.
Amrapali Kaata is a well-known name for those who follow politics of Andhra Pradesh. She is an IAS of 2010 batch whereas Sameer is an IPS of 2011 batch. She is the daughter of an Andhra University’s professor, Kata Venkat Reddy.

The duo had known each other for a span of two years and as time passed, their friendship took another level and blossomed into love.
The bride dressed in an elegant dark red bridal lehenga. Sameer clothed in color coordinating sherwani with golden safa.
