Royal families are immensely popular for their larger than life-sized wedding celebrations that are an epitome of royalty and sheer elegance. This time, the superfluous wedding feast involves the Scindia and Ghorpade clan that are some of the biggest royal families of the country. The wedding that we are talking about is the one of YashodharaRaje Scindia’s son Akshay Bhansali and the daughter of the Ghorpade clan of Sandur, Krutika.
The hugely popular wedding took place at the Taj Palace in Bangalore. Akshay is a successful producer at MTV and is based out of New York and has its roots in politics from where his family comes from. He is the proud son of YashodharaRaje Scindia and Siddharth Bhansali. On the other hand, Krutika is the daughter of Ambika and Kartikeya Ghorpade of the royal clan of Sandur.

The three-days wedding extravaganza took place in Bangalore in the presence of an elaborate guests list of more than 600 people. Guests flew in from all parts of the country and abroad, the noted ones amongst them being Gaj Singh of Jodhpur, Prithviraj Chauhan of Maharashtra, Rajnath Singh of Jaipur, royal clan of Kolhapur, Baba Ram Dev, Gajapathi Raju, Nisha Jamval, Sanjay Kapoor, Kalyani Chawla, Aviation Minister Pushpati Ashok and many other eminent personalities.

Mehendi and Sangeet
The mehendi was the highlight of the wedding feat and was a carnival in itself. The theme was well suited and was adorned with embroidered umbrellas, handmade Rajasthani Matkas, bangle corners, and dhols. The beautiful bride was seen wearing a yellow lehenga in traditional Rajasthani style while the groom looked elegant in a Blue and white kurta pajama that he complemented with a golden Nehru jacket.

The sangeet ceremony took place in a star-studded glitzy affair where the bride and the groom danced to the tunes of various romantic numbers and were joined by their friends and relatives in full swing. The groom wore a black bandhgala and looked super dapper. The bride, on the other hand, was wearing a fish cut long silver gown with heavy embellished embroidery done overall.
Main event day- Wedding
The wedding day was the most awaited event not only for the bride and the groom but for all the spectators who longed to see the royal clan in the best attires and enthralling the world. Rightfully enough, as expected, the bride looked radiant in a Sabyasachi maroon and pink lehenga in velvet fabric. It was like a dream come true when she walked down the aisle. Her choice of jewelry was spot on as she wore a green emerald choker and gold maang tikka.
The groom was looking splendid too wearing a peach sherwani and pink turban to complement his beautiful bride. His royal entry in a luxurious car made heads turn as he oozed out royalty in every sense.
It was an amazing sight to see the bride dolled up in her ghoonghat that was lifted by the groom during the rituals.
The event culminated in fireworks where everyone blessed the newlywed couple.
