Famous Actor and Film producer Ram Charan Teja finally tied the knot with love of his life his childhood friend Upasana Kamineni. Upasana Kamineni is the granddaughter of Prathap C. Reddy, the Executive Chairman of Apollo Hospitals. She is the vice-chairman of Apollo Charity and the chief editor of ‘B Positive’ magazine.
Both Ram Charan and Upasana Kamineni after being in a long-term relationship finally decided to start their family. Ram Charan, being the son of the Megastar of Tollywood- Chiranjeevi had a grand celebration of his wedding and it was definitely a star-studded wedding.
Before beginning with wedding ceremonies father of Ram Charan with his wife Surekha offered prayers at the Lord Venkateswara temple in Tirupati and placed the first wedding invitation card of Ram Charan and Upasana Kamineni. Before coming to Tirupati couple visited Vijayawada kanaka Durga temple, placed the wedding invitation card at the feet of Durga Ammavaaru and took her blessings. The wedding day 14 June was the most awaited for Ram Charan and Upasana as they are Childhood friends.
Both Ram Charan and Upasana Kamineni were blessed on their special day by Bollywood superstars, Amitabh Bachchan, actress Sridevi and her filmmaker hubby Boney Kapoor as well as several other big names from the southern film industry Rajinikanth and Ambareesh, and many more prominent film personalities from Telugu, Tamil, and Hindi cinema attended the ceremony held in Ranga Reddy district.
Not only personalities from the Tamil, Telugu, and Hindi industry attended the wedding day but even politicians and industrialist too attended the wedding. The wedding Invitation was sent to 4,000 guests.
The wedding venue was Upasana Kamineni’s Farmhouse which was turned into a banquet hall for the wedding.
