The popular contestants of the reality show Big Boss, actor Ashmit Patel and Maheck Chahal, got engaged recently in Spain. The couple who are friends since 10 years was spending holiday in Europe and there Ashmit looked up for an opportunity and proposed Maheck and Maheck happily agreed. The couple was seeing each other since 2 years and now they have taken this relationship to another level.
The news of the engagement came up a day after Ashmit proposed Maheck on both of their social media handles. Similar photos were posted with different captions on the couple’s account with different hashtags.
The picture was taken in a café where the couple reached for having dessert after their dinner. Ashmit told that Maheck normally likes to have dessert after her dinner every day and so he planned to propose her in a nice café in Marvel, Spain. Initially, he planned this tryst in Paris but things did not work out and he chose Spain to be that special place.
Ashmit ordered a strawberry dessert topped with chocolate sauce and kept the engagement ring beneath the heap of strawberries. Maheck was dumbfounded to see the ring. Ashmit bent on to his knees and proposed her.
