Jr NTR, popularly known as Nandamuri Taraka Rama Rao Junior,
is a renowned name in the Tollywood film industry, so much so, that every
household is acquainted with him and his sheer talent. A dual package, he is
not only a versatile Tollywood actor but a talented Kuchipudi dancer as well.
And so, it comes as no surprise that when the wedding news of Jr NTR came out,
fans could not contain their excitement and thronged in large numbers to
witness one of the most magnificent weddings of all times.
The A1 star entered into an arranged alliance with a young
and pretty lady Lakshmi Pranathi. The wedding was arranged by none other than
Chandrababu Naidu.
Jr NTR is the son of N. Harikrishna, the eldest son of NT Rama Rao, a noted film actor and founder of Telugu Dasam Party (TDP). His maternal uncle is NarneSrinivasa Rao, the owner of famous Telugu News Channel ‘Studio N’.

The wedding took place on May 5, 2011, and was a spectacular
affair in its own way. The wedding took place at Hitex at Madhapur in
Hyderabad. The wedding venue was decorated in a ‘purple and gold’ themed décor
that oozed out royalty in its truest sense.
The wedding set was designed by ace award winning art director, Anand Sai. The wedding detailing fell on the shoulders of renowned wedding planner DinazNoria. The entire set was decorated day in and day out and took over a week to finish. As a result, a giant mandap of over one hundred and sixty feet was in place.

The sight of beautiful floral decorations, the lighting,
multi-layered domes and auspicious golden kalasham were a sight to cherish for
a very long time.
A whopping eighteen crore was spent on the entire wedding
ceremonies and the event was also broadcasted live on various TV channels.

Madhuri lent their soulful voice that filled the entire venue with
excitement and zeal.
A pre-wedding reception was arranged just before the wedding.
During this, the bride was seen wearing a gorgeous lime green saree with silver
and pink blouse. She opted for a side swept hair style and accessorized her
hair with a matching pink flower and a small maatha patti. NTR, on the other
hand, looked dapper in a cream colored heavily embroidered sherwani. Together,
the couple looked like straight out of a fairy tale and was a vision to behold.
It is believed that over fifteen thousand guests were invited to be a part of the sprawling wedding celebrations.
